Chocolate Chip Cookies
Pan: Cookie Sheet - Small or Large

  • 1 cup butter, softened
    3/4 cup packed brown sugar
    1/4 cup white sugar
    1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
    ¼ teaspoon salt


Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add pudding mix, eggs and vanilla.

Combine flour and baking soda; add to creamed mixture and mix well. Fold in chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased USA Pan™ Cookie Sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Colorful Candy Cookies
Pan: Cookie Sheet - Medium

  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup white sugar
    1 cup shortening
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 1/2 cups candy-coated milk chocolate pieces


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, mix sugar, eggs, shortening, and vanilla thoroughly. Add flour, salt, and baking soda to creamed mixture. Blend well. Add 3/4 cup of candy-coated milk chocolate pieces.

Drop dough by teaspoonful onto USA Pan™ Cookie Sheet. Slightly push a few candies on top of each dough ball with remaining candies.

Makes 5 to 6 dozen cookies
